Drimvix cannot be held liable for false information provided by users about their age.
2. Content Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the outputs generated by AI Companions through text, voice, images, and videos. The AI responds to the input and parameters set by the user, and Drimvix does not control or endorse the generated content. By using the Website, users agree to take full responsibility for their interactions and must ensure compliance with applicable laws, our Terms, and policies.
We emphasize that our Prohibited Content Policy strictly bans any content that exploits or endangers minors. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, harassment, or any attempt to generate AI content resembling minors.
3. Content Moderation
At Drimvix, we prioritize user safety, respect, and integrity. While conversations between users and AI Companions remain private, our moderation system—powered by proprietary LLM technology—monitors for violations. If prohibited content is detected, it may be subject to manual review and, if necessary, removal. Accounts involved may be terminated. This system is designed to protect the community while maintaining a balance between privacy and safety.
4. Content Removal
Any user content found to violate this policy will be promptly removed at our discretion.
5. Termination
Drimvix reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website for any user found to be in breach of this policy.
